Working Together to Create a Strategic Virtual Work Plan

April 14, 2020 by

Our working lives have experienced remarkable change in the past month.  Many careers like yours have been forced to move home and online, with Zoom and Hangouts becoming the new normal.

In this new normal, many organizations and leaders are realizing that it’s more powerful and efficient to have a remote work model.  In fact, the metrics are there to prove it.

You may ask yourself why didn’t we make the change to a remote work model sooner?  The answer is because it’s easier and more comfortable to keep doing what you’re already doing.

Now it’s a perfect time to take the lead and formalize a strategic plan for having some presence of a permanent remote workforce.  This strategy may include replacing some of your team members who are not well suited to working remotely, downsizing or, for those more fortunate, expanding your workforce, in addition to the day-to-day task of maximizing productivity and well-being.

I know this uncertain time can be scary.  To help put your mind at ease, I would like to offer you a free 20-minute consultation to answer questions you may have and help you identify your needs for a smooth transition to a full or partial permanent remote work model.  It is at a time like this when I love more than anything to use my unique background in finance, as an entrepreneur, a CEO in the HR space and a best-selling author to help people like you.

This is the one time in our lives when we can all say, “I know how you feel” and mean it.  Together, we will come out of this stronger than ever.
